An alert employee at Dakota Mill and Grain, Inc. in Fort Pierre, SD, saw smoke and called for the fire department around 6:30 a.m. Monday, reports DRGNews.com.

Fort Pierre Volunteer Fire Department assistant chief Tye Odden says the smoke was coming out of a holding bin.

Dakota Mill and Grain, Inc. is headquartered in Rapid City, SD.
