Colgate-Palmolive Company announced several executive leadership changes effective June 16, 2025, including the appointment of John Hazlin, 55, as chief growth officer.
In this new role, Hazlin will oversee the company’s 2030 Strategic Plan, including initiatives related to enterprise transformation and global capability development. He will also lead global category strategy and growth functions such as analytics, design, digital, R&D and supply chain.
Hazlin currently serves as president of Hill’s Pet Nutrition and will remain in that position until a successor is named. Hazlin will report to Noel Wallace, chairman, president and chief executive officer.
"We continue to build capabilities, strengthen our team and refine our organizational structure to ensure we keep winning in the global markets and categories where we compete," Wallace said. "As we move ahead with our 2030 strategy, this strong mix of leaders will build on our momentum to ensure we are positioned to reach our ambitious growth goals."
