Trinity Ag Cooperative has announced the acquisition of Frieling Grain Co., Inc., a provider of grain merchandising, seed and animal feed services in the Gaylord region, the cooperative .
The transaction, facilitated by Feed Marketing Advisors, represents a strategic expansion for Trinity Ag while ensuring continuity for Frieling's local customer base.
"We are excited to officially welcome Frieling Grain Co., Inc. into the Trinity Ag Cooperative family," said Bruce Williams, general manager of Trinity Ag. "We look forward to welcoming all Frieling employees to our team and continuing their longstanding service to their grain customers."
Stan Horning, president of Frieling Grain, said the sale "allows us to move into the next stage of our lives while ensuring our customers continue to benefit from access to the Gaylord grain facilities."
The acquisition will leverage Frieling's expertise and infrastructure to broaden Trinity Ag's service offerings in the agricultural sector.
