Conveying Components Group has acquired substantially all operating assets of PEBCO, Inc., a Paducah, Kentucky-based manufacturer specializing in dry bulk material handling equipment and technologies.
The companies did not disclose financial terms of the private transaction.
The acquisition fits into CCG’s growth strategy of building a portfolio of recognized brands and expanding manufacturing capabilities to serve customers across different material handling applications and industries.

PEBCO brings complementary products and technologies to CCG, including loading equipment and solutions for the flow, direction and metering of dry bulk solids, Thill said.

PEBCO brings decades of experience in dry bulk material handling to CCG. Its product portfolio includes slide gates, rolling blade gates, valves, diverters, mass flow feeders, fluidized conveyors, dustless loading spouts, telescopic chutes and other specialized technologies.
With the PEBCO addition, CCG now operates four specialized manufacturing brands: PEBCO, Lorenz Conveying Products, JL Components and Sasquatch Mills. The combined company provides customers with a comprehensive range of products and expertise for material handling and conveying applications.
