AgGateway has announced the appointment of Stephen Christian as its new Member Services Analyst. Christian steps into this role following the recent departmental promotions of Chris Crutchfield and Nikki Marshall.
In his new position, Christian will play a crucial role in supporting AgGateway members and AGIIS (Agricultural Industry Identification System) subscribers. His responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound communications, processing requests, providing operational support, and ensuring effective resolution of issues encountered by AgGateway members.
Hailing from Labrador City, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, Christian holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from the Memorial University of Newfoundland. His professional journey began in the Toronto area with DuPont Canada, where he spent over a decade in the Pioneer and Crop groups, notably working on the PrecisionPac application. In 1997, Christian joined a DXC Technologies predecessor company when DuPont outsourced its IT services. DXC Technologies, which maintains AgGateway’s AGIIS platform, is also contracted to provide member support for AgGateway, aligning with Christian’s new focus on member and subscriber services.
