
KFYRTV's Lindsey Miller reported that a 57-year-old man, Ronald Fawley, died following a fall at the Border Ag and Energy grain elevator in Bottineau, North Dakota. The Bottineau County Sheriff's Office responded to a call Friday morning, finding Fawley unresponsive in the loading area. He was pronounced dead at St. Andrews Medical Center. Investigators report Fawley had been on a platform about 15 feet above where he was found. The sheriff's office is conducting an ongoing investigation into the incident, which highlights workplace safety concerns in the agricultural sector.
