The initiative, titled "KDA Announces Webinar Series on Ag Workforce Topics," aims to provide practical guidance on hiring, compliance, visa programs, safety, and employee retention, directly impacting Kansas agricultural employers and human resources managers grappling with labor complexities.
The series is specifically tailored for Kansas agricultural employers, providing a direct avenue for industry stakeholders to enhance their understanding and implementation of best practices in farm labor management. The webinars will be offered at 7:00 a.m. Central time each Wednesday in March. There is no cost to participants.
