ABB NEMA Motors Division President Jesse Henson has been named to the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's Class of 2025 C-Suite, recognizing executives who drive innovation across industries and strengthen local communities.
As the leader of North America's top electric motor manufacturer, Henson guides ABB's delivery of energy-efficient technology that helps companies increase profitability while meeting global energy demands.
"Efficiency and innovation steer ABB, but our people make it possible," Henson said. "Our goal is to advance manufacturing by building the next generation of talent."

Under Henson's leadership, ABB has built upon strategic acquisitions including Siemens' low-voltage NEMA motor business and Aurora Motors. These moves, coupled with increased investment in research and development, have expanded the company's portfolio. In 2025 alone, these efforts yielded six new motors and a customer portal providing real-time updates and responsive technical service.
Beyond product innovation, Henson has prioritized workforce development through multi-million-dollar partnerships with the Peak Innovation Center, the University of Arkansas–Fort Smith and Arkansas Tech University–Ozark Campus. These collaborations create hands-on training programs in automation, robotics and advanced manufacturing.
ABB also supports local STEAM programs, food drives and facility tours to inspire manufacturing careers.
Henson joined Arkansas-based Baldor Electric Company as a sales manager before ABB's acquisition in 2011. His strategic insight subsequently drove business growth and accelerated his path to executive leadership.
