Ever.Ag, a provider of technology and data services to the agriculture industry, announced the appointment of Rhonda Bassett-Spiers as chief executive officer.

Bassett-Spiers brings more than 25 years of experience leading technology businesses and driving growth across complex markets. She has guided companies through transformation periods while focusing on customers, product innovation and operational excellence.

As CEO, Bassett-Spiers will work to strengthen Ever.Ag’s core businesses, deepen customer partnerships and accelerate innovation across its software portfolio. She will also expand the company’s use of data, analytics and AI to create greater value for customers.

“One of the things that attracted me to Ever.Ag is the opportunity to serve an industry that is fundamental to our economy and our food supply,” Bassett-Spiers said. “We have an exciting opportunity to combine that expertise with software, data, analytics and AI to help farmers, producers, processors, cooperatives and agribusinesses operate more effectively and make better decisions.”

Bassett-Spiers succeeds Scott Sexton, who spent more than three decades building businesses across agriculture. Sexton will continue with Ever.Ag as a strategic advisor.

“Scott’s leadership, vision and commitment to customers have played an important role in building Ever.Ag,” said Stephen Davis of Banneker Partners. “We are grateful for his many contributions and pleased that Ever.Ag will continue to benefit from his experience.”

The company also appointed Paul Crist as chief revenue officer and Troy Meyers as chief customer officer.
