Producers Cooperative Association (PCA) has acquired a grain facility in Rich Hill, Missouri, marking a strategic expansion aimed at enhancing service and marketing opportunities for area producers.
PCA General Manager Doug Graber emphasized the company’s commitment to thoughtful growth, saying, “Every opportunity we consider is measured against our commitment to strategic, thoughtful expansion that enhances the value we bring to our customers and communities.” He added that while the company is growing, it remains focused on maintaining strong relationships and a trusted local presence.
The acquisition builds PCA’s capacity to offer competitive grain marketing, efficient receiving, and reliable services to farmers in the Rich Hill area. Steven Miller, PCA vice president of grain and grain operations, said the new location allows PCA to increase operational efficiency and accessibility. “We’re excited at the opportunity to serve the Rich Hill community and area to the highest standard,” Miller said.
Tom Bradshaw, PCA Board of Directors chairman, added that the facility aligns well with PCA’s mission to support rural communities through local agriculture investment. “It’s an excellent location and facility that supports our goals,” he said.
PCA plans to share more details about services and opening dates soon. In the meantime, the company invites producers and customers with questions to reach out.
This acquisition represents PCA’s ongoing dedication to providing long-term value and support to its member-owners across the region.
