Dominique Rose Van-Winther, a globally recognized AI consultant and transformation leader, will deliver the keynote address at the 2026 Women in Agribusiness Summit, September 22-24 in New Orleans.
As founder and CEO of Final Upgrade, an AI-powered consultancy launched in 2022, Van-Winther specializes in providing strategic intelligence for executives navigating artificial intelligence adoption. Her company focuses on creating AI-ready executives and companies across industries.
Van-Winther warns that artificial intelligence represents a significant workforce disruption. “This is a possible career extinction level event…and possibly an industry extinction event,” she says in her presentations. “Why? Because if you can suddenly innovate everything in your company, do you actually need a lot of people?”
Her dynamic presentations have reached thousands of business leaders worldwide, including audiences in Dubai, Zurich, Singapore, Hong Kong, New York and Amsterdam. Van-Winther emphasizes that successful AI adoption begins with people rather than technology.
“AI transformation doesn’t start with the tools… it starts with PEOPLE,” Van-Winther explains. She addresses common concerns from executives who understand AI’s importance but struggle with implementation strategies.
The 15th annual Women in Agribusiness Summit expects hundreds of attendees seeking practical guidance on leveraging AI for business value. Registration rates increase April 24, with a 10% discount currently available.
