Women in Agribusiness (WIA) has announced the addition of industry-focused webinars to its membership benefits, starting with "Ag Markets in Motion: Trade, Tariffs & 2025 Economic Shifts" on May 29.
The members-only webinar will feature agricultural economist Michelle Klieger and strategic foresight expert Brenna Buckstaff, moderated by WIA's assistant director Janet Fisher.
"This high-impact session is tailored to decision-makers across the agri-food value chain and designed to equip ag professionals with timely market intelligence and strategic foresight," Fisher said.
The 60-minute session will cover key economic signals, U.S. trade and tariff policy developments, and the impact of global tensions on agricultural commodity flows.
WIA membership, priced at $199 annually, includes benefits such as discounted Summit registration, exclusive event invitations, free regional MeetUps attendance, and access to webinars and industry content.
New members can join this month for $179 using the code JOINNOW at registration.
The webinar aims to help agricultural professionals navigate economic turbulence and geopolitical unpredictability in the sector.
