The Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) is now accepting speaker applications for its flagship event, GEAPS Exchange 2025, which will take place February 22-25, 2025, at the Kansas City Convention Center in Missouri. The conference, one of the largest in the grain industry, offers a platform for professionals to share insights on topics such as safety, maintenance, processing, management training, and automation.
The GEAPS Exchange Education Planning Committee (EPC) is looking for dynamic speakers for the Idea Exchange, Innovation Stations, and full educational sessions. Interested individuals are encouraged to submit applications by September 1, 2024, with notifications to begin in late September.
Last year’s event attracted 3,716 attendees from 45 states, 23 countries, and nearly 1,000 companies, with record participation in the educational tracks designed to meet the needs of grain professionals.
“Speaking at GEAPS Exchange gives industry experts the opportunity to share their knowledge and build relationships within the grain handling community,” said Scott Biel, director of safety at MKC and chairman of GEAPS’ EPC.
Kevin Walker of Dodge Industrial, a past speaker, emphasized the benefits of participating: “Speaking at GEAPS Exchange helped us provide more detail to interested customers, driving traffic to our sales team and booth.”
Selected speakers will receive full-access registration to the event, a video recording of their session, and additional promotional opportunities through GEAPS’ resources and social media platforms.
Booth sales for GEAPS Exchange 2025 open in October, with general registration starting in November.
