Central Life Sciences Launches Online Training Resource

Training module designed to help users prevent insect damage in post-harvest grains

Central Life Sciences has released a web-based stored product pest training platform designed to detail the financial risk of stored grain insects, tips for properly identifying an infestation and best practices for controlling the insects and protecting the quality and profitability of grains with the Bug Free Grains lineup.

“Stored grain insects cause the industry upwards of $2.5 billion in damages per year, so it was important to design an easy-to-follow resource guide to aid in educating grain professionals about controlling these infestations and protect profits,” said Nancy Stratinsky, business manager for the Specialty Agriculture division of Central Life Sciences.

Easily accessible on, the 11-chapter training module teaches grain handlers about treatment best practices and product benefits in an easy-to-follow guide that’s available on desktop or mobile devices. The comprehensive module covers topics including:
