The North Dakota Department of Agriculture's Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring has ordered Reddington Group, Inc.; Flaxsun, Inc.; Kent Duane Anderson; and Austin Anderson to stop all grain buyer activities in North Dakota.
The cease-and-desist order follows an investigation revealing these entities and individuals attempted to purchase grain from North Dakota elevators without proper licensing.
“These entities and individuals have never been licensed in North Dakota and have not pursued licensing,” Goehring said.
The order prohibits them from engaging in any grain buying within the state, protecting licensed operators and maintaining regulatory compliance.
This action underscores the importance of licensing in grain transactions to ensure accountability and protect the integrity of North Dakota’s grain market.
