At the 2024 Country Elevator Conference (CEC), industry leaders will explore how digital solutions and automation are revolutionizing agribusiness.
Set for December 11 in Kansas City, the breakout session panel discussion Digital Transformation: How Cloud-Based Platforms and Automation Are Transforming Grain and Feed Operations will explore the industry's transition from traditional paper-based processes to modern digital solutions. Feed & Grain editor Elise Schafer will moderate the discussion, featuring three agribusiness technology leaders.
Keith Bangasser, lead business analyst at Levridge, brings decades of experience in agribusiness technology and insights into integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms for streamlined operations. Bangasser founded AgriSystems North Inc., an ag accounting software company that later merged with RDI Technologies, led the development team for Ascendent Grain and was key to the original design of Cinch.
Tyler Bottoms, general manager of AgVision, leverages over 15 years in ag technology to drive the growth of AgVision’s software solutions. Bottoms focuses on modernizing and streamlining client operations through agribusiness-tailored systems, with an emphasis on client satisfaction. Bottoms’ previous experience includes 14 years with Barchart as a support specialist and director of client services.
Lacey Seibert brings 16 years of experience and deep expertise in the grain industry to her current role as head of go to market at Bushel, where she unites product, marketing, sales and customer experience teams to bring effective technology solutions to agribusinesses. She is also a trusted subject matter expert, collaborating across teams to ensure agribusinesses can adopt innovative solutions that simplify workflows and drive efficiency.
Before joining Bushel, she served as vice president of grain and Logistics, building origination programs for cooperatives across Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas, and has worked with some of the largest grain cooperatives in the United States.The session will highlight topics including:

CEC will take place from December 10–12 at the Sheraton Kansas City Crown Center.
