Grain Elevator Fire at M&E Seed and Grain in Washington

One injury was reported after a grain silo caught fire at M & E Seed and Grain Co. in Prosser, WA, Wednesday.

According to the Tri-City Herald, 12 fire units were called to the scene where flames had engulfed the grain elevator.

The person who made the 911 call reporting an explosion was inside, but got out and was transported to the hospital, reported KHQ.

Witnesses told KNDU the fire has spread to the next door feed and supply store.
