ALCIVIA, Cottage Grove, WI, has purchased Franksville Oil & LP Gas Co.
Franksville Oil and the Noppe family have been delivering home heating oil, farm fuels, LP and gasoline to customers in Racine County, Wisconsin, and the surrounding area for more than 60 years.
Debra Wadewitz, co-owner of Franksville Oil, says the two companies share a desire to make sure the transition is as smooth as possible and that service continues without any issues.
"We’re looking forward to this transition knowing that customer needs will be met with excellent service and by people who care as much as we do," says Wadewitz.
Both Franksville Oil and ALCIVIA have similar approaches to the energy business. Both companies care about the customers, the services they receive, and the quality of products that are delivered. ALCIVIA is honored that the Noppe family chose ALCIVIA as their partner for their business transition.
