
According to Inside Indiana Business, Iowa-based Grain Processing Corp. (GPC) has broken ground on an expansion project in Daviess County, IN, which has been more than four years in the making.
The company is investing $70 million to expand its Washington plant, which could create up to 20 jobs when complete.
Plans for the expansion were first announced in late 2014. GPC is growing its operations due to increasing demand for its MALTRIN products.
GPC is a subsidiary of Kent Corp.
