Kansas State University's IGP Institute will offer fall-semester flour milling courses starting Aug. 10-12 with Flour and Dough Analysis and concluding Nov. 15-19 with Flowsheet Technology.
Courses in this curriculum area cover all aspects of managing the flour milling process from grain selection to finished products.
Co-sponsors include the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM) and Buhler Group.
