Cascade Milling, a leading organic flour producer in central Washington State, has announced a significant expansion of its milling facility. The company has added a new building and upgraded its retail packaging line to meet growing demand for its premium organic flours, grains, and baking mixes.

CEO and Owner Justin Brown stated, "The new building and enhanced packaging line are a testament to our commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. We are also delighted to offer private label organic flours, grains, and baking mixes, further expanding our product offerings to meet the needs of our customers."

The expansion allows Cascade Milling to offer private label products for its various organic flours, grains, and baking mixes. A standout product is their Just-Add-Water Organic Whole Grain Pancake & Waffle Mix, which contains only six natural ingredients and is egg-free, making it suitable for various dietary needs.

In response to recent fires in the Los Angeles area, Cascade Milling demonstrated its commitment to community support by donating nearly eight tons of its pancake and waffle mix to the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. This donation will provide approximately 323,000 pancakes or waffles to those affected by the fires.
