Landus announced the launch of Landus Health and Conduit Health, in partnership with Momentum Ag, a Division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC. This new initiative aims to transform healthcare accessibility for farmers across the United States, offering comprehensive and affordable health coverage through a nationwide network.
Historically, farmers have faced substantial healthcare costs, often paying most expenses out-of-pocket due to the high cost and limited availability of suitable health plans. Landus Health and Conduit Health are designed to cater specifically to the needs of rural families and farming operations, regardless of size.
The health programs promise:
- Comprehensive coverage: Including $0 preventive care and telemedicine, as well as care coordination and disease management for chronic conditions.
- At-home access to care: Participants will receive a TytoCare kit, enabling efficient home access to health providers and diagnostics, crucial for those in remote areas.
- Affordable program options: Various plans are available to accommodate different budget levels, covering individual employees, spouses, children, or entire families.
- Nationwide provider network: Utilizing the Cigna network ensures wide-reaching access to healthcare providers.
