Scoular announced the appointment of Tim Manning as its new Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary, effective Nov. 17. Manning, who joined Scoular in 2022 as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, will lead the company’s legal team and advise senior leadership and the board on legal, risk, compliance, and governance matters. He will also oversee Scoular’s real estate function.
With over 15 years of legal experience, Manning previously held roles at SunOpta and Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp. A South Dakota native, he earned degrees from St. John’s University and the University of Iowa College of Law. Manning serves on the boards of The Guthrie Theater and the Northside Achievement Zone in Minneapolis.
He succeeds Kari Brashear, who is departing Scoular for another opportunity.
