OPI has announced the launch of EPIQ, its newest grain monitoring system designed to simplify operations, reduce hardware costs, and support long-term technology upgrades for grain producers and facility managers.
The EPIQ system provides real-time monitoring of grain temperature, moisture, and CO₂ without the need for a traditional communication box — eliminating extra equipment and reducing upfront installation expenses. The rugged, low-profile design includes reinforced magnets and secure node connections for reliable performance in a wide range of environmental conditions.
“EPIQ represents a major step forward for OPI and our customers,” said Brett Andricks, vice president of sales & customer success. “It’s easy to use, highly reliable, and designed to evolve with our customers’ needs.”
The system features an intuitive setup process, extended battery life and user-friendly software to enhance monitoring accuracy and reduce maintenance. Designed as a foundational platform, EPIQ is built to scale — offering users the ability to upgrade to full automation when the next phase of the system launches in late 2025.
Key Features include simple setup and quick installation, long-lasting battery for reduced servicing, durable bin-top nodes for secure placement and centralized software interface for improved control.
EPIQ is now available through OPI’s certified dealer network.
