SABIL and its subsidiary, National Grain Company, signed two agreements with Tanmiah Food Company to improve grain supply efficiency and logistics services.

The companies finalized the deals during the opening of the Saudi Agriculture Exhibition 2026, with Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadley attending.

The agreements represent a concrete step in SABIL’s strategy to grow and expand in agri-food logistics by using its operational capabilities and logistics assets.

The first agreement provides Tanmiah with dedicated grain storage facilities. SABIL will also handle receiving, quality inspection, inventory management, transportation and distribution services.

The second agreement focuses on sourcing feed grains from international markets through bulk sea shipments. NGC will use its international procurement capabilities and increase supply volumes based on what Tanmiah needs.

The deals show how SABIL is integrating with NGC, whose ownership recently moved to SABIL. Together, they can deliver complete logistics solutions covering sourcing, handling, storage, transportation and distribution.

The collaboration aims to maintain supply continuity and support the development of feed grain reserves. It will also help enable the food industry and contribute to Saudi Arabia’s food security goals.

The agreements come as Saudi Arabia continues to invest in its agricultural infrastructure and work to secure stable food supplies for its growing population.
