The conference provides over 45 hours of education, and the search is on for dynamic speakers and industry professionals to lead engaging educational sessions.
GEAPS’ Exchange Education Planning Committee (EPC) is currently accepting speaker submissions for the conference taking place February 20-23, 2027, in Kansas City, MO. Presenters are needed in the following areas:

Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Safety
Presentation proposals for concurrent education sessions and innovation stations are accepted through September 25, 2026. Education sessions are 45-minute to hour-long presentations aligning with one of the designated 2027 education tracks. Innovation stations are interactive presentations or equipment demonstrations in the Expo Hall also themed around the education tracks. Speakers chosen by the EPC will be notified in early October.
Additionally, Idea Exchange proposals are welcome. These short presentations (approximately five minutes) feature some of the newest and most innovative products and ideas in the grain and grain processing industries. The deadline for these submissions is January 5, 2027, or until slots are filled.

Speaking at GEAPS Exchange also comes with a complementary, full-access registration to the conference, additional opportunities via the “Find a Speaker” resource for GEAPS chapters, and promotion of each session on GEAPS social media channels.
