Feed mills that use a digital twin can see several positive outcomes, including lower down time, reduced operating costs and more predictable profitability, according to David Pelsoci, managing partner at Captios Partners.

Pelsoci spoke January 27 at the Feed Mill of the Future Conference during the International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) in Atlanta.
