KTIV's Connor Trett reported on a man who climbed an old grain elevator in Onawa, Iowa, blocking the ladder and prompting a two-hour standoff with law enforcement.
The incident began around 2:30 p.m. Thursday. Authorities used a drone to communicate, but received mostly nonverbal responses. At about 4:45 p.m., the man descended and was taken into custody without incident.
