One Taken to Hospital After Grain Elevator Accident

Incident occurred at Pennington Seed in Sidney, Neb. on Tuesday

One person was transported by medical helicopter to a nearby hospital after an incident at Pennington Seed in Sidney, Neb., at approximately 11 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Emergency crews responded to a report of a person who had an arm stuck in a piece of equipment at the facility on the corner of Highway 30 and Link 17J.

The name of the person involved and the extent of the injuries has not been released.
