Till Westerbarkey has been named CEO of REMBE Inc., replacing Gerd Mayer, who is retiring as founding president and CEO from REMBE.

Westerbarkey brings extensive worldwide explosion safety and business development experience from his years with REMBE Safety + Control and other companies.

Most recently, Westerbarkey was managing director of REMBE Latin America where he developed a sales, engineering and service team. This significantly grew the Latin American market/awareness of combustible dust explosion safety and REMBE capabilities to service that market.

While undertaking this project, Westerbarkey also worked with the REMBE chief business development officer in Germany as deputy chief business development officer to increase networking within the REMBE Group and to better serve global accounts on an international level.

Mayer will stay on with REMBE Inc. in a consulting capacity until April 30, 2023.
