WL Port-Land has added two team members.
Eric Hohman, P.E., joined the company in June 2021. Prior to joining the company, Hohman held multiple engineering leadership and project management positions at a nuclear power generation facility.
As engineering manager, Hohman oversees the engineering department and is responsible for coordinating project design deliverables inclusive of facility layout, process design, equipment specification and selection; civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design while ensuring engineering tasks are completed to support overall project schedules.
Hohman is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Aaron Hawkins recently joined WL Port-Land Systems, Inc. as the new director of business development.
Hawkins has worked in the feed mill industry for over 15 years. Prior to joining WL Port-Land Systems, Inc. and for the past 12 years, Hawkins has held multiple engineering and sales management positions with California Pellet Mill Co. (CPM).
Hawkins’ experience includes feed mill operations, process equipment knowledge, technical sales, marketing and business development.
He earned his bachelor's degree from Purdue University in mechanical engineering technology.
Hawkins' director of business development responsibilities include: identification and development of sales opportunities, customer relationship management, tracking and forecasting sales opportunities, proposal support, field support and directing company marketing initiatives.
