In its recent focus to deliver value through operational excellence, customer focus and improved partnering across the ecosystem, the appointment of Corey Jorgenson is a critical step. In his role, Jorgenson will oversee Indigo Crop Marketplace & Logistics, offers designed to bring much needed efficiency to the transaction string between farmers and users of grains, oilseeds and other crops through digital solutions.

Jorgenson will also focus on strengthening Indigo’s partnerships and integrating our technology solutions with ag companies across the supply chain. He joins Indigo with more than 25 years of experience in the industry, including time at Cargill and The Andersons.

Jorgenson will work alongside Persis Elavia, who has been promoted to lead Indigo’s Crop Production Team. In her new role, Persis will oversee Indigo Carbon and Biological Products, offers designed to support the on-farm transition to practices that are more beneficial for people and the planet.

With experience in scaling emerging products at high-growth technology companies including Uber, American Express, and Asurion, Persis joined Indigo in 2019 as general manager and vice president.
