Easy Automation has hired a vice president of manufacturing to meet the continual growth of the organization.
Brian Bixby joined EAI in mid-July and will lead the manufacturing team as the company’s product line continues to grow.
In the newly created position, Bixby, an engineer by trade, brings an outside perspective to the company as he joins the leadership team.
“First and foremost, we believe Bixby is a strong representation of our core values which are extremely important to us at EAI,” says Brady Gaalswyk, vice president of sales and marketing.
“Having experience in a variety of industries and company sizes, Bixby has a strong track record of leading successful teams, meeting production timelines, and launching new products into the market.”
As EAI continues to grow its product line and provide customized solutions to its customers, there is a need to streamline and improve its process from start to finish. Bixby will bring the focus the company is looking to achieve.
“As we continue to grow, we want to make sure we have the right people in the right seats. With two physical office spaces in Welcome and Mankato, Minnesota as well as the opportunity for employees to work remotely, we are excited about continuing to add talented people like Brian to our team,” sats Chris Gaalswyk, president at EAI.
