The U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council recently developed a set of infographics with statistics about U.S. agricultural exports in marketing year 2024/2025 and explainers on ethanol storage and infrastructure compatibility.
Using data from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, the Council designed an infographic showing how each agricultural commodity, including meat products and grain co-products, contributed to the total export volume in MY 2024/2025.
To aid the adoption of biofuels for on-road vehicles in international markets, the Council created an infographic showing the infrastructure requirements for ethanol transport and distribution. It also includes specifications for ethanol's compatibility with various metals, elastomers and sealants.
Logistics industry stakeholders can view an infographic about safe storage practices for preserving the quality of ethanol, specifically about ethanol's water tolerance.
"Our cadre of infographics covers a range of topics to illustrate how the Council works for our members and the broader U.S. agricultural community on the global stage," said USGBC Director of Communications Bryan Jernigan. "Whether useful to a broad audience or a specific one, we use our infographics to help our audience better understand the nuances of what the U.S. Grains & BioProducts Council does and how we can serve as a resource to the global community."
The infographics, along with others related to commodity uses and specific commodity data from MY 2024/2025, are available for download on the Council's website.
