Romanian agrifood company Carmistin will acquire Cargill’s Romanian animal nutrition division, pending regulatory approvals.

The proposed transaction covers the full legal entity of the Provimi Romania business including two feed production capacities along with 100 employees who will join Carmistin upon completion of the transaction.
