Sioux Steel Co., Sioux Falls, SD, has acquired SCAFCO Grain Systems Co., headquartered in Spokane, WA.
According to Sioux Steel Co., SCAFCO Grain Systems Co.’s footprint in the Pacific Northwest will help satisfy existing farmers and business owners in the area, but also offer more friendly shipping internationally to both companies' expansive worldwide networks.
The addition of SCAFCO products, machinery and factories will quickly increase Sioux Steel Co.’s capacity to deliver products to customers worldwide.
