CCA brings together professional communicators from cooperatives across multiple industries, including agriculture, energy, finance and education. The organization provides opportunities for members to share ideas, sharpen their skills and build relationships that help them better serve their cooperatives and communities.

“CCA is a place where communicators can learn from one another, share what’s working, and build relationships that extend well beyond our own cooperatives,” Jimenez said. “I’m honored to serve as president and look forward to working with our board and members to continue building those connections and creating opportunities for professional growth.”

Jimenez serves as communications director at Carroll EMC, where she began her cooperative career as an intern. She now oversees member communications, social media, website and intranet content, media releases, photography, videography, strategic planning and budgeting.

She earned her Master Cooperative Communicator designation from CCA in 2014 and is a Certified Cooperative Communicator through the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. Jimenez has won multiple CCA Communications Contest awards and an NRECA Spotlight on Excellence award.

The 2026-2027 board also includes Adam Buckallew, vice president, MFA Oil Company, Columbia, Mo.; Jennie Lacey, secretary/treasurer, McNair, McLemore, Middlebrooks & Co., Macon and Perry, Ga.; Dori Lichty, CentralStar Cooperative, Waupun, Wis.; Mallory Shoemaker, Central Valley Ag Cooperative, Beloit, Kan.; Casey Hollins, Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, Fredericksburg, Va.; Randy Hill, Planters EMC, Millen, Ga.; Tiffany Trueblood, Coweta-Fayette EMC, Palmetto, Ga.; and Kylee Coleman, Colorado Rural Electric Association, Lakewood, Colo.
