Bushel Plus Ltd. has completed its transition to BranValt, a rebrand first announced in January 2026 that reflects the company’s evolution from a grain loss measurement tool provider to a full-service harvest optimization firm.
The company now operates under the BranValt name across all platforms, dealer networks and customer communications worldwide.
“BranValt reflects both our current capabilities and our long-term vision,” said Marcel Kringe, founder and CEO. “By bringing our innovations, knowledge and global reach together under a single identity, we are strengthening our ability to help farmers protect every bushel and improve profitability at harvest.”
Founded in Brandon, the company started with a tool for measuring grain loss behind combines. It now serves customers in more than 45 countries with products including the SmartPan System, MAD Concaves and MiniCombine, along with Harvest Academy, a training program for farmers and equipment professionals.
The rebrand arrives as the precision harvesting market expands rapidly. According to MarketsandMarkets, the global market is projected to grow from $21.52 billion in 2025 to $29.79 billion by 2030, a 6.7% annual growth rate.
Kringe said labor costs, yield optimization needs and technologies like GPS, sensors and artificial intelligence are driving adoption.
“Farmers want to know where losses are occurring, how their combines are performing and what tools will help them capture more of the crop,” Kringe said.
The company’s product lineup, dealer network and customer service remain unchanged under the new brand.
