SafeGrain has named Paul Kamm as its new chief operations officer, bringing nearly four decades of operational leadership experience to the agricultural technology company.
Kamm's career spans retail, technology, and manufacturing sectors, where he specialized in process improvement and efficiency enhancement. His expertise includes purchasing, production, inventory management, distribution, and logistics.
"I am thrilled to join the SafeGrain team and to bring my operational experience to this industry," Kamm said. "The agricultural industry is new to me, but I am already fascinated by the technology being used today and the advancements we'll see in the future."
Outside of work, Kamm is a Success & Mindset Coach and has shared a daily inspirational quote for over 30 years, a tradition he plans to continue at SafeGrain.
