AMVAC has announced the appointment of Mason Bennett as Vice President, North American Crop. In this role, Bennett will be responsible for AMVAC's national sales strategy, overseeing multiple regional business units, and managing AMVAC’s U.S. key account and customer service teams.

“Mason’s journey is a testament to our belief in fostering growth and promoting leadership from within our organization,” said Eric Wintemute, CEO and Chairman of the Board, American Vanguard. “In his new role, we are confident that Mason will continue to drive our team forward with the same dedication and passion that he has shown throughout his tenure.”

Bennett, a 23-year veteran of U.S. agribusiness, previously served as AMVAC’s Regional Business Manager for the Southeast. He succeeds Scott Hendrix, who has left AMVAC to pursue new opportunities in the agriculture sector. Bennett joined AMVAC in 2016 after holding sales and marketing roles at Syngenta and Dow AgroSciences.

Bennett holds a B.S. in Agriculture from the University of Arkansas and an MBA in Marketing from Arkansas State University. He is a Certified Crop Adviser and an active member of the Southern Crop Protection Association (SCPA), where he has held various leadership positions, including President. Bennett resides in Oxford, MS, with his wife Miranda and their three children, and will continue to work out of AMVAC’s regional crops office in Collierville, TN.
