4B Components names sales manager as Bohnker retires

Keith Bohnker is retiring from the company after 23 years as Larry Estep takes his place as electronics division sales manager.

4B Components Ltd. announces Keith Bohnker has retired from his position of electronics division sales manager after nearly 23 years.

“To say Keith was a cornerstone of our technical sales team seems like an understatement given the incredible wealth of expertise he offered our customers,” says Johnny Wheat, president. “In more than two decades with us, he became our customers’ go-to for solving their everyday technical and application challenges.”

Bohnker came to 4B with a background in the weighing, wet milling and grain/feed industries. He studied agronomy, animal science and ag mechanization at Iowa State University, and held an associate degree in biological sciences from Ellsworth Community College.

Larry Estep has joined the company as electronics division sales manager.

“Larry brings a wealth of global technical and commercial knowledge and experience that will greatly benefit our valued customers,” says Brian Knapp, vice president – electronics  division. “His addition to our team further strengthens the robust resources and support we offer to the industry.”

Estep’s career includes time in customer success and product management with Hexagon AB, Tucson, Arizona, as well as more than 20 years of commercial and product management with Caterpillar Inc., Peoria, Illinois.

He holds a degree in business from Western Illinois University and an MBA from Bradley University.

In his new role as sales manager, Larry will drive sales generation, new customer development and support.
