Man fell 10 feet into pit but never lost consciousness

Officials said a man lost his bearings and fell into a 10-foot pit at a grain elevator in Cheney, WA, reports KHQ.

The man never lost consciousness. Rescue crews were able to get him out of the pit and he walked away from the scene after being assessed.
