Fire had been smoldering for hours say emergency crews

On Tuesday, firefighters responded to a fire inside a north Wichita, KS, grain elevator near the area of 13th and Mead, reports KAKE.

Emergency crews said the fire had been smoldering for hours.

All employees had been accounted for and there are no reports of injuries.

At this time, investigators do not know what caused the fire.
