Archer Daniels Midland Co. announces the recognition of Manda Tweten and Fabiana Bianchi in the 18th annual Profiles in Diversity Journal Women Worth Watching® Award winner’s list.

Since its inception, the Women Worth Watching® Awards have recognized the outstanding contributions of female leaders and the organizations that support the promotion of women in business. All awardees are nominated by their colleagues, peers and mentors for their initiatives and achievements, bringing stories of real female leaders to the fore of the international business community.

“Over the years, I have come across many amazing women with true talents – acting as dedicated and passionate leaders, restless executors and powerful team builders,” says Fabiana Bianchi, VP Marketing & Global Growth. “To be recognized amongst them is an absolute privilege. What’s more, when I think back to the earlier stages of my career I am pleased to see the rise in the number of women holding middle and senior management positions, diversity being the strength of an organization. ADM is the right place to work if you aspire to an equal career.”

“It is an honor to have been nominated by my colleagues and recognized alongside all these other incredible women,” says Manda Tweten, VP Customer Value Creation. “I’m proud to work for an organization that champions widespread inclusion and diversity at all levels.”

Earlier this year, ADM demonstrated its commitment to achieving gender parity within its senior leadership team by 2030, through a partnership with Paradigm for Parity.

“We are dedicated to cultivating a diverse and inclusive company culture not only because it helps us attract and retain the best employees, but also because it allows us to further our business objectives,” says Michael D’Ambrose, senior VP and Chief Human Resources Officer. “In doing so, we put our business in a better position to remain agile, address challenges and execute our strategy. We greatly value the expertise and perspectives that Manda and Fabiana bring to our leadership team and are tremendously proud of their many achievements.”
