The Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) issued an order and a complaint requiring Roberts Seed, Inc., of Axtell, NE, to cease and desist all operations as a grain dealer in Nebraska. According to a report at KTIC, the cease and desist order takes effect immediately.
On April 21, 2017, Roberts Seed, Inc., filed an application for a grain dealers license, but failed to comply with Nebraska Revised Statute §75-903 or Commission Rules and Regulations and has subsequently been operating as an unlicensed grain dealer.
