Scott McLain, president and CEO of Garner Industries, LLC, parent company of BinMaster, HerdStar and Senix, is stepping down after more than three decades at the helm. McLain will continue to serve as chairman of the board, shareholder, and strategic advisor.
Under McLain’s leadership, Garner Industries grew into a global manufacturer known for its BinMaster industrial sensors and BinCloud inventory software. The company also acquired Senix ultrasonic sensors and BinTrac weighing systems, expanding its portfolio in IoT, process automation, level measurement, and inventory monitoring.
“Leading Garner Industries has been the honor of my career,” McLain said. “Our team’s commitment to engineering excellence and customer service has been the foundation of our success.”
Scott Hudson, currently senior executive vice president of BinMaster, has been promoted to president of Garner Industries. Hudson has been instrumental in growing BinMaster’s market share and driving innovation across process, agriculture, and industrial sectors.
“Scott Hudson’s leadership, vision, and proven record of growth make him the right person to lead Garner Industries into its next chapter,” McLain added.
