KTTN News reported that EarthTouch has acquired an 840,000-bushel grain facility in Gallatin, Missouri, to expand its Black Einkorn wheat production and support organic agriculture in the region.

The facility features AGI BinManager technology for real-time monitoring and automation to maintain grain quality while improving storage efficiency.

The expansion will create approximately 25 new jobs in roles ranging from equipment operation to digital marketing, according to company president Jon Thomas.

EarthTouch will also strengthen partnerships with local organic growers to develop premium organic feeds and fertilizers.
