HerdStar announced Monday the appointment of Evan Clark as regional sales manager to strengthen the company’s agricultural weighing and control systems business.
Clark, based in Georgia, will work with the Minnesota company’s sales team to support and promote HerdStar’s BinTrac bin weighing systems and MicroZone automatic heating controls for the swine industry.
With nearly 20 years of experience in livestock and poultry production — including grow-out, processing and retail — Clark will help expand the company’s presence in key markets while providing technical support to customers.
“I’m excited to put my experience and education in ag leadership to use at HerdStar,” Clark said. “It’s a perfect fit for continuing to foster connections with those I’ve had the pleasure of working with in the past and developing relationships with new customers.”
His responsibilities will include collaborating with HerdStar’s dealer network, representing the company at trade shows and conferences, and educating users about the benefits of automated feed weighing and heating control systems.
