
Barchart, a provider of market data and technology solutions for global commodity, financial and media sectors, has named Simon Haslam as Vice President for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC).
Haslam will focus on expanding the adoption of Barchart's software and data solutions within agricultural, soft commodities and food & beverage sectors. His appointment is part of Barchart's strategy to expand its global presence and serve clients across commodity brokerage, risk management and supply chain operations.

Haslam brings over three decades of experience in commodities and financial technology, including C-level leadership and global operational management since 1989.
Barchart's global commodity solutions include real-time prices from over 50 exchanges, in-depth analysis of physical commodity prices, options strategy tools, machine learning yield forecasts, and risk management/trading access through more than 50 FCMs.
