Vita Plus has announced the addition of Bruce Meier to its team as a quality assurance specialist. Meier, with over 25 years of experience in food processing and animal feed operations, will oversee product quality and regulatory compliance across all Vita Plus manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
In his previous role as an animal food safety, quality, and regulatory regional supervisor, Meier coordinated feed safety programs, including Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) compliance.
Meier holds an associate degree in agriculture mechanics and engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Moraine Park College. His expertise in leadership and team building is expected to bolster Vita Plus's commitment to quality, animal food safety, and customer service.
